MACHINE MAINTENANCE & OPERATION TECH (9903)

 

$33/hour

 

Shift: 6AM to 6PM - Sun, Mon, Tues with alternating Wednesdays

 

 

Description

• Proper operation and maintenance of coater lines, including set-ups, maintenance, adjustments, change-over’s and wash-ups
• Determine the necessary repairs and restore defective equipment to service with a minimal delay
• Effectively assist supervision with the direction of lower classed trainees and other employees
• Communicate and cooperate with the quality inspectors to assure that a quality product is being produced
• React immediately to negative quality trends
• Prepare and maintain reports and records related to production, quality, efficiency and maintenance
• Maintain the immediate work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following the principles of 5S
• Perform all duties with the highest level of concern for safety for his/herself and other employees while exercising proper care and protection of company property.
• Performs related work and other duties as assigned
