Night Auditor (Weekend Overnights)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours while managing front desk operations and completing nightly audit responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout the overnight shift
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information
• Complete nightly audit procedures, reports, and financial reconciliations
• Balance daily transactions and identify discrepancies when needed
• Maintain accurate cash handling and front desk records
• Prepare coffee service for guests each morning
• Monitor property security and ensure hotel safety procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to respond professionally to guest needs and business demands throughout the overnight shift
