Production / Forklift Associate

1st Shift / 6:00AM - 3:00PM M-F; Occasional Overtime

Express is looking for a reliable Production/Forklift Associate for one of our great clients. This role will involve supporting daily production operations while safely operating a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials, products, and equipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Assist with daily production and manufacturing activities
• Move raw materials and finished products to designated areas
• Ensure materials are properly organized and stored
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy
• Follow instructions from supervisors and leads
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and attention to detail
• Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will have previous forklift and production experience.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Background check / pass drug screen
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
