Class B Driver

Located in Paramount, CA

Salary: $24.00 an hour

Express Employment of Downey is seeking a CLASS B TRUCK DRIVER for a floor wholesaler in the city of Paramount, CA.

SHIFT: 7AM - 3:30PM (Monday through Friday - possible overtime)

PAY: $24.00 an hour

Employment Type: Temp/Contract (2 week project but can EXTEND)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience as a box truck & flatbed driver (EXPERIENCE MUST REFLECT ON RESUME)
• Clean driving record required (no violations or infractions in the last 5 years)
• Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner - no visible tattoos or body piercings allowed
• Proven tenure with previous employers
• Familiarity handling, loading, securing glass panels and/or panes
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver flooring materials
• Record deliveries made
• Conduct daily quality check of vehicle prior to deliveries daily and report any mechanical problems with trucks
• Additional duties as required
