CDL - B Driver

We are seeking an experienced CDL Class B Fuel Delivery Driver to join a well-established petroleum distribution company serving customers throughout Central Florida.

 

This position is ideal for a safety-focused, dependable driver who takes pride in providing reliable service while maintaining strict DOT/FMCSA compliance. Drivers will operate local routes delivering petroleum products to customer and company locations and will be home daily.

 

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and an acceptable driving record. Prior fuel, petroleum, or hazardous-material transportation experience is preferred.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.

·         Maintain vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections on trucks and equipment as required by Company policy.

• Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with Company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers

Compensation:

• Pay range: $24 per hour. Additional raise can be offered based on the performance during the evaluation period.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and an acceptable driving record that meets company and DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements REQUIRED.
• Ability to successfully complete DOT required pre-employment drug testing.
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA qualification standards, including a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
• Prior fuel, petroleum, or hazardous material transportation experience preferred.
