Position Summary

We are currently hiring Order Selectors for multiple companies throughout the Raleigh area. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Order Selectors are responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and organize products according to customer orders
• Build and prepare pallets for shipment
• Safely move and handle products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Wholesale distribution
• Warehouse or order selection
• Shipping and receiving
• Material handling
• Loading and unloading
• Building-material distribution
• Construction
• Landscaping
• Moving
• Retail stocking

We're more interested in your work ethic and ability to handle the job than having a specific job title on your resume. Experience in physically demanding or fast-paced work can translate well into an order selection position.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products as required by the position
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and processes

Powered equipment experience is a plus, including pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment, depending on the position.
