Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Construction Laborer / Decorative Concrete Worker for a local company in the Dubuque area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality finished projects.

Job Duties:

• Assist with decorative concrete and light construction projects
• Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites
• Help prepare, pour, and finish concrete
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• No experience required
• Candidates with previous construction experience may qualify for higher starting pay

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on project workload
• Overtime may be available
• Weekend work is not required but may be available for those interested in additional hours

Pay:

• Starting at $20.00/hr
• Higher pay available based on experience
