Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting skilled trades professionals for multiple East Tennessee employers. If you have hands-on industrial, mechanical, electrical, welding, machining, or maintenance experience, we want to talk with you.

We're seeing strong demand from manufacturers, distribution facilities, and industrial employers throughout the Morristown and Greeneville area for experienced trades talent. Skilled trades remain a strategic focus for our office and local employers continue to report ongoing needs for maintenance, machining, welding, and other technical positions.

Current Opportunities Include:

·         CNC Machinist - 1st shift and 2nd shift $19-$25+ an hour

·         Mig and Tig Welder Certified - 1st shift pay is BOE

·         Manufacturing Maintenance - 1st and pay is BOE

·         Apartment Maintenance - 1st shift and pay is $17-$22

·         Quality Tech - All Shifts - pay is BOE

·         Electrician - 1st shift Pay is BOE

·         Roofer and Experienced Construction Worker - 1st shift and pay is BOE

 

 
What Employers Are Looking For

• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Blueprint or schematic reading
• Mechanical aptitude
• Welding and fabrication experience
• CNC programming, setup, or operation experience
• Electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic troubleshooting
• Ability to work safely in a production environment
