Facilities Maintenance 1st Shift

A local manufacturing company is seeking a qualified facilities maintenance technician.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment and building systems. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection, compressed air, and utility systems. Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues to minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations. Conduct building maintenance activities including painting, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs. Monitor facility systems for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. Support facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and office renovations. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and service work. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and preventive maintenance documentation. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and facility-related breakdowns. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, company safety, and regulatory requirements. Assist with snow removal, grounds maintenance, waste disposal, and housekeeping activities as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability, energy efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Full Time Evaluation Hire Position
M-F 5:00 am- 1:30 pm
$22.00 / hour
