Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial components.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.

• Perform basic alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive system maintenance.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance environment.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and power transmission.

• Basic understanding of PLC systems (programming or advanced troubleshooting preferred, but not required).

• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekend rotations as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certifications or trade school degree a plus.
