Schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM | 4 Days/Week | No Weekends

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Route Sales Representative to service customers throughout the Shreveport/Bossier area. This position combines delivery, customer service, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products and return soiled products to the plant on time.
• Manage customer inventory levels and uniform programs to ensure proper quantities, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships and promptly resolve service concerns.
• Communicate problems and opportunities to management and follow through on solutions.
• Sell additional rental services and products to existing customers and meet assigned sales goals.
• Maintain customer retention by consistently meeting service expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to climb in and out of a delivery truck, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme summer and winter temperatures.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

• Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management in individual and group settings.
• Clearly express and understand information in written form.
• Listen carefully and use information received through verbal communication.
