Grounds/General Laborer Job Summary: Apartment community in the Wyoming area is looking for a Groundskeeper to join their team!
Grounds/General Laborer Requirements:
- Assisting with upkeep grounds
- Picking up trash
- Keeping the dog station picked up
- Working with general groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Assisting with snow removal and salting of property
- May assist with general maintenance tasks
- May operator grounds equipment such as a tractor
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 8:00am-4:00pm with overtime as required
- $18.00/hr
Grounds/General Laborer Qualifications:
- Able and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and self-directed
- Experience operating a tractor a plus but not required
- Own vehicle is a plus but not required
