Skilled Laborer - Construction & Landscaping

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Skilled Laborer to join our construction and landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction, carpentry, irrigation systems, equipment operation, and general site work. This position involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects and requires someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape construction, hardscape installation, grading, and excavation.
• Build and repair fences, decks, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and compactors.
• Perform site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, irrigation, or related trades.
• Ability to safely operate landscape and construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
