Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Gate Attendant to join a busy logistics team in Saint Gabriel! In this role, you will manage the entry gate office, checking transport trucks in and out of the yard, logging load information, and serving as the primary point of contact for arriving drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Tracking: Check commercial trucks in and out of the facility lot accurately and efficiently.

• Documentation: Log driver details, vehicle information, and delivery/pickup manifests into the gate log.

• Customer Service: Greet drivers warmly, provide clear direction on lot locations, and answer basic operational questions.

• Yard Communication: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth traffic flow through the gate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track, verify, and document vehicle log entries.

• Experience: Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or gate/yard operations is a huge plus, but not required—willingness to learn is key!

• Safety & Attire: Must wear plain t-shirts, durable long pants, and steel-toe boots on site.

• Background & Screening: Background check and a 5-panel drug screen required.
