Industrial Painter – 1st Shift

Morton, IL $19/hour Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. Previous experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or automotive painting is preferred, but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, hand tool, or spray equipment experience may be trained.

Schedule

• 8, 9, or 10-hour shifts may be available based on staffing needs
• Saturdays may be required
• $19/hour

Responsibilities

• Industrial painting and finishing
• Operate spray equipment and hand tools
• Prepare and inspect surfaces
• Follow quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll see your work become a finished product while developing a valuable, in-demand skilled trade. Opportunities may be available to grow into advanced painting and other skilled manufacturing roles.

Please note: The job can involve exposure to fumes, chemicals, and heat and may be repetitive and physically demanding. Strict attention to detail and following safety procedures are required.
