We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Car Detailer to join our dealership team. The Car Detailer will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles, ensuring they meet dealership and customer standards. This role plays a key part in enhancing the appearance and value of vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors using appropriate tools and chemicals.
• Wash, wax, buff, and vacuum vehicles to restore them to showroom condition.
• Apply protective finishes to vehicles, including sealants and conditioners.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement as needed.
• Report any vehicle damage or issues to the Service Manager.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
