Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

Support paint line operations by racking, hanging, coating, and handling parts throughout the finishing process.
Load and unload parts from the paint line while maintaining production flow.
Count and verify parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Inspect parts for defects and report quality concerns as needed.
Cross-train and assist with assembly operations to support production requirements.
Operate and work around industrial paint line equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous industrial, manufacturing, or production experience preferred (6 months to 1 year).
Experience working with paint line, finishing, coating, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
Ability to accurately count parts and follow work instructions.
Willingness to cross-train in assembly and other production functions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 30-50 lbs. regularly.
