Wellness Sales Associate

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing wellness company to find energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join their team in Georgetown and Hutto, TX.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with both sales and hands-on customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude to every shift and be excited about helping guests learn more about wellness services and membership options.

 

Pay: $15.00 –$18.00 per hour

Availability Requirements

Candidates must be available to work scheduled shifts during the following hours:

Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–9:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 7:30 AM–8:30 PM

Candidates should have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts within these hours based on business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and exceptional experience for every guest
• Educate guests on available wellness services and confidently recommend membership options
• Sell memberships and services while working toward individual and studio sales goals
• Build relationships with guests and help encourage long-term membership retention
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest questions and scheduling
• Follow up with prospective guests and leads
• Manage appointments, check-ins, payments, and other front-desk responsibilities
• Multitask effectively in a busy, customer-focused environment
• Clean, sanitize, and reset private sauna suites after each guest
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio throughout the day
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience
• Comfortable recommending services, upselling, and asking for the sale
• Energetic, outgoing, and positive personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and remain positive during busy periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable performing cleaning and studio-maintenance responsibilities throughout the shift
• Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, spa, wellness, or membership-based sales is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
