Driver / Maintenance Person

Job Type: temp to perm

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver/Maintenance Person to assist with transportation and general maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or supplies.
• Pick up and deliver supplies, parts, equipment, and other materials as needed.
• Assist with moving, loading, and unloading equipment and materials.
• Monitor vehicles, tools, and equipment and report needed repairs or replacements.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable driving regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, maintenance, and completed work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience in driving, maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify maintenance issues.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours or respond to occasional maintenance needs, if required.

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various environments.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in varying weather conditions
