Insulation Installer

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Insulation Installers for a growing local company specializing in commercial and residential projects.

We are looking to hire one employee immediately, with two additional positions opening in early September. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry with long-term potential for the right candidates.

Job Duties

• Install fiberglass insulation in commercial and residential buildings
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Work in a variety of construction environments
• Travel from the shop to job sites in company vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and twisting throughout the workday

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay

• No Experience Required: $19.00/hour
• Experienced Insulation Installers: $20.00/hour

Qualifications

• Previous insulation or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
