Our client is seeking a Project Manager!

 

The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of assigned projects — from contract execution through final closeout. You are accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client relationship across 2–3 active projects simultaneously. You work closely with the GM, subcontractors, and design team to keep every project on track and every client informed.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and client selections
• Oversee daily field operations, quality control inspections, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor budgets, approve invoices, track costs, and ensure timely draw submissions
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout construction
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch list completion, warranty collection, and final documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential or light commercial construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and building systems
• Experience with construction management software such as PAQSYS, CoConstruct, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated leader with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Established subcontractor network within Maryland's Eastern Shore market preferred
