Food Production Worker

Located in New Boston, MI

Salary: $16.00

We are seeking Food Production Workers accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment!

7-day operating facility. *MUST be open to work ANY day of the week.*

Schedule:
1st shift = 6:00am-2:00pm

2nd shift = 2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd shift = 10:00pm-6:00am

Payrate: $16.00/ hr

This facility is handling food items which means there are strict sanitation guidelines.

The following are NOT allowed:

• NO jewelry of any kind
• NO false nails/acrylic nails/polish
• NO false eye lashes
• NO cologne/perfume or lotions
• Long hair must be pulled back

DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Operates machinery used in the production of pizza crusts.
• Follows correct safety, operation and sanitation procedures for equipment at work station.
• Ensures food safety principles in area of responsibility, including proper storage, handling and scaling of ingredients for their area or work.
• Monitors product quality standards. Able to describe problems as they arise and seek guidance when necessary.
• Must be able to understand the importance of product temperature and time and their impact on product quality.
