Salary: $17.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

  • Clean production floors, aisles, and work areas throughout the facility.
  • Remove metal shavings, sawdust, plastic debris, and other manufacturing waste from production areas.
  • Clean CNC machines, machining centers, and related equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Empty scrap bins, recycling containers, and trash receptacles as needed.
  • Operate floor scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials following company safety and environmental procedures.
  • Clean and maintain break rooms, restrooms, offices, and other common areas.
  • Assist with general shop organization and housekeeping projects.
  • Support maintenance and production teams by ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous industrial, janitorial, manufacturing, or facility cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 25-50 lbs. regularly.
