Temporary Assembly Associate

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Temporary, approximately 4 weeks or until production goal is reached

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Assembly Associates to join a temporary production team responsible for assembling custom three-part socket seals. These components are designed to protect hardware ports from dust and static electricity while being transported to data centers under construction.

This position will be performed in a clean, controlled, air-conditioned office environment rather than a traditional warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom three-part socket seals according to provided instructions.

• Carefully handle and inspect components to ensure proper assembly.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Meet established production goals and deadlines.

• Follow client confidentiality requirements.

Work Environment

• Work will be performed onsite at the Parker Street location.

• Seated or standing work available.

• Air-conditioned, dust-controlled, ESD-protected office environment.

• Minimal PPE required.

• No heavy lifting involved.

• Conductive metal jewelry is not permitted in the work area.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a 6–8 person assembly team.

• No prior assembly experience required; training will be provided.

• Completion of a client-protecting NDA will be required during onboarding.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately four weeks, or until the production goal is reached. The anticipated start date is around September 1, 2026.
