Forklift / CDL B Driver

Express Employment Professionals – Watseka, IL is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Forklift / CDL B Driver. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys a mix of warehouse, production, and local driving responsibilities and wants a steady, full-time position.

Pay: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Location: Watseka, IL

What You’ll Do

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage metal materials.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are secured properly.
Make local deliveries and pickups using a Class B CDL vehicle.
Transport materials between the facility and local customers or job sites.
Assist with moving materials throughout the production and warehouse areas.
Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Keep the forklift, truck, and work areas clean and organized.
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class B CDL
Clean and safe driving record.
Previous forklift experience.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and handle heavy metal materials.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Safety-minded with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working both indoors on the production floor and outdoors while making deliveries.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
