1st Shift Forklift Driver

Express Employment Professionals – Watseka, IL is partnering with a local manufacturing facility to hire a 1st Shift Forklift Driver. If you’re experienced on a forklift, safety-minded, and ready to keep materials moving in a fast-paced production environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

Pay: $17–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Saturday: As needed

What You’ll Do

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Keep materials organized and stored in the proper locations.
Track and record material movement to support accurate inventory.
Work closely with warehouse and production teams to keep materials moving and production on schedule.
Perform routine forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Valid forklift certification preferred.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Safety-focused and comfortable working as part of a team.
