This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, thinks on their feet, enjoys talking with people, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You'll recruit candidates, fill job orders, support client relationships, and help drive business growth.
Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
What You'll Do
As an Employment Specialist, you'll connect great people with great companies while delivering exceptional service to clients and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, screen, and evaluate job seekers
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Match candidates with client job opportunities and effectively present those opportunities
- Fill job orders quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Manage multiple openings, candidate pipelines, and client requests simultaneously
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks, onboarding activities, and employment documentation
- Build strong relationships with associates and client companies
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business
- Meet recruiting, placement, activity, and growth goals

Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM, ATS, or recruiting platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
