Maintenance Technician/groundskeeper – East Baton Rouge 

Full Time – Evaluation Hire

$20/Hr

Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for an HVAC Technician for a local client in East Baton Rouge Parish. 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper:  

• Replaces or repairs appliances, basic plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Performs work in response to Maintenance Service Requests as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs general repair and maintenance such as painting, replacing screens, caulking, installing towel bars, and general apartment renovations.
• Assists porter/housekeeper as directed.
• Cleans and maintains swimming pools.
• Trashouts
• Keeping premises clean and orderly.

Skills and Experience REQUIRED:

• HVAC certification, Preferred
• General knowledge of repairs
