Position Overview

A local healthcare facility in Fairfield is seeking a Temporary Ambulatory Facilities Coordinator to support project management, facility moves, tenant improvement projects, and administrative operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Management & Move Coordination

• Assist with facility moves by creating and maintaining move schedules.
• Work directly with movers and maintenance technicians for assigned buildings.
• Coordinate move-related activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout tenant improvement projects.
• Track project progress, maintain budgets, and coordinate directly with various vendors.
• Organize and maintain project information using Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required.
• Healthcare and/or construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) moves preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable adapting to change and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to support multiple managers and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
