We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Label Quality Inspector. In this role, you'll spend most of your day inspecting printed labels to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. You'll also assist with finishing operations, including running rewinding and slitting equipment as needed.

 

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

Pay: $20/hour to start

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What Will You Do as a Label Quality Inspector?

• Inspect printed labels for quality, color accuracy, registration, readability, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns.
• Complete inspection records and production paperwork.
• Use measuring and inspection tools to verify product specifications.
• Work closely with press operators and production staff to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with rewinding, slitting, and packaging finished label rolls as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What Qualifications Will You Have as a Label Quality Inspector?

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Printing, packaging, label production, or converting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job specifications, and production paperwork.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
