A Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. The role is strategic, requiring market knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with recruitment tools. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with long‑term staffing needs. 
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean search. 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. 
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate databases/ATS records. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles. 
  • Provide candidate feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience. 
  • Implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. 
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
