Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-5:30 AM. Fridays, 5:00 PM-Midnight as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, interpreting blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting tables to process steel and other metal materials.
• Load, unload, and position material safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Remove finished parts, sort materials, and prepare components for the next stage of production.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment or quality issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC plasma table, CNC machine operator, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CNC machine controls.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
