Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys programming, setup, and precision manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Create and modify CNC programs using G-Code and CAM software
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
- Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for optimal production
- Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
- Maintain quality standards and production documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company quality requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong understanding of G-Code programming
- Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software
- Familiarity with Mazak preferred, Haas, Fanuc, Okuma, or Siemens controls
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Technical school or manufacturing certification
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- CMM experience
