Factory Worker

Located in Clinton, OK

Salary: 20.00 per hour

MISSION: In this role, you will be part of the production team, for a manufacturing and production company that is launching operations in Elk City.

 

MAIN TASKS: 

Mixer:
Perform mixing tasks (concrete production) that require specialized knowledge in
the operation of automatic mixers and electronic components.
Monitor concrete production according to established standards and keep strict
control of raw materials.
Fill parts according to the guidelines established in the work procedure.
Assembler:
Perform assembly and demolding tasks of a téchnical nature.
Supervise and monitor the correct assembly and disassembly of molds and report
any incidents to your supervisor:
Detect deficiencies in the quality of molds and reinforcement that could cause
problems in the final piece.
Crane opeřator:
Tränsport the mixing bowl from the mixer to the filling points, participating in the
filling of the mold.
Remove the parts from the moid.
Handle the molds and tables for assembly or disassembly.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of the molds.
Finishing:
Performing finishing tasks (polishing or pickling) on each piece with precision,
achieving the defined quality standards.
Polishing is carried out using automatic and manual polishers, always under the
supervision of the. Section Manager and following the instructions and training
provided.
The stripping operation will be carried out by treating the parts with the dosing
system provided, always under the supervision of the Section Manager and
following the instructions and training provided.
Overall duties:
Detect deficiencies in the quality of the raw or semi-finished materials to be used in
your part of the production process and check the quality of the products you
manufacture.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental
regulations and collaborate with your superiors in this regard.
Supervise and monitor the correct operation of the assigned machinery and control
systems, and report any incidents to your superior.

Education:

Basic or intermediate education, mainly high school diploma or vocational training 11.
Specific knowledge of the products, the manufacturing process, and the technology used in
it (automatic mixers and office automation).

WORKING MACHINERY:
Hand tools: trowels, suction cup vibrators, ultrasonic needles, etc., machinery: mixers, 
forklift trucks, cupolas, wagons, overhead cranes, pressure washers.
