Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a person to be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting inside sales activities. This position handles customer inquiries, follows up with customers, and helps generate new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product information and account questions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate sales through, outbound calls.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in company systems.
• Handle complaints and resolve problems while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and/or inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
CRM experience, Microsoft Office, order processing, sales follow-up, quoting, relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving.
