We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in the facility located in Dexter, MI specializing in custom assemblies, precision machined components and injection molding.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hr (2nd shift offers $2/hr shift premium)
1st & 2nd Shift Positions Open:
- 1st: 6:00am -4:30pm/ M-F
- 2nd: 4:30pm - 2:30am / M-F

CNC Lathe Operator Requirements:
- Experience Operating CNC Lathe Machines (minimum 2-3 year)
- Ability to read manual micrometers (o.d. mics, i.d. mics, calipers)
- Produce quality parts and maintain production levels.
- Capable of learning how to diagnosis mechanical difficulties and perform trouble-shooting
- Basic cleaning, oiling and general maintenance of CNC machines and inspection boxes.
- Continuously stock machines with production materials as required.
- Change tools, drills and inserts in machine as needed.
- Knowledge or ability to learn how to read blueprints
- Able to lift 50lbs+
- Complete other duties as assigned.
