Schedule: Temporary (with potential for permanent hire) | Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join a property management team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining community standards by performing general property upkeep and preparing apartment units for new residents. Key Responsibilities

• Apartment Turnover: Perform apartment turnover cleaning, touch-up painting, and minor repair assistance to ensure units meet quality standards upon move-in.

• Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Maintain property grounds, handle debris and trash removal, and keep common areas clean and welcoming.

• Property Inspections & Support: Assist with apartment inspections, housekeeping support, and furniture installation or removal.

• Resident & Vendor Relations: Interact professionally and respectfully with residents and vendors while on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: General property maintenance or apartment turnover experience is strongly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Must be presentable, respectful, and possess excellent customer service skills for interacting with residents and vendors.

• Screenings: Background check (BG) and a 5-panel drug test (5P DT) are required.
