Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours per week (Average 5 hours per day)

Job Overview

A well-established firearms wholesale company in Phoenix is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and can maintain professionalism in a retail environment. Knowledge of firearms is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer general product questions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
• Stock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Support daily store operations and opening procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a professional firearms wholesale environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work morning shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
