About the Role

A growing company in Davie, FL is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Associate to oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, assisting with supervising team members, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process receiving paperwork
• Prepare and process outbound orders, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Supervise and direct warehouse associates during shipping/receiving shifts
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update tracking systems
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in orders or inventory

Requirements

• Bilingual: Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations required
• Prior leadership or lead associate experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to Davie, FL location
• Available to start immediately
