Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Equipment Associate to assist our client in Vallejo, CA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily branch operations by maintaining an organized yard, receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, building storage systems, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and is committed to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the equipment yard to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries of equipment, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Verify incoming shipments and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization throughout the facility.
• Assemble and build shelving units, storage racks, and other organizational systems.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, office areas, and other common workspaces.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for operational use.
• Support warehouse and yard operations as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and operational concerns promptly.
• Perform general housekeeping and facility maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
