We are seeking reliable, hardworking Event Setup & Tear Down Associates to assist with the preparation and breakdown of events. This role is responsible for setting up tables, chairs, staging, equipment, and décor according to event specifications, as well as ensuring all materials are properly removed and stored after events. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to floor plans and event requirements.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, decorations, staging, and equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and transport event materials and supplies.
• Assist with audiovisual equipment setup as needed.
• Tear down and remove equipment, furniture, and décor following events.
• Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Follow safety procedures when lifting and moving equipment.
• Work collaboratively with event coordinators, vendors, and team members.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain storage areas and inventory organization.

Qualifications

• Previous event setup, warehouse, hospitality, or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.

*This is a temporary position with varying hours each day, 8 hours per day, $18.00/hour*
