General Laborer / Shop Hand
Location: Goose Creek, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr

 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand to assist with general labor and upkeep of our facility. This role involves a variety of tasks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the shop and surrounding property.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors in all areas, including front entry, offices, parts rooms, bathrooms, and shop floor
• Empty trash bins throughout the facility and reline with clean bags
• Clean and restock bathrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Wipe down toilets, sinks, mirrors, and surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash from outdoor areas (front, back, and sides of buildings)
• Weed-eat fenced areas as needed
• Clean windows and doors inside and out
• Maintain cleanliness of shop fridge (weekly check)
• Clean up spills promptly in the shop and yard
• Pressure wash and clean forklifts and company vehicles as needed
• Assist with organizing inventory and general shop tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Must have steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and work gloves
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
