Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble or repair products.

• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or sewing patterns.

• Ensure consistent quality and finish in all sewn products.

• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.

• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Work with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1+ years of industrial sewing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

• Familiarity with industrial sewing machines such as single-needle, overlock, cover stitch, or walking foot machines.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
