INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Full-Time | Day Shift
$30.00 Per Hour
Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility responsible for producing tablets, capsules, and other medication products.
This role requires hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing manufacturing and packaging equipment in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery, electrical systems, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, compressed air systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and industrial machinery.
• Assist with maintenance of facility equipment including HVAC, dust collection, and utility systems as needed.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and correct equipment issues before downtime occurs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electromechanical Technician, Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Experience with pneumatics, compressed air systems, motors, conveyors, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose equipment issues.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a strong plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food & beverage, packaging, bottling, medical device, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with tablet presses, capsule fillers, blister packaging, or other pharmaceutical equipment is highly desirable.
