We are hiring a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and ensuring a clean andwell-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff of apartment complex in the Harlingen area. Duties include to anticipate, identify and correct any and allproblems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent suchproblems. Maintain a clean and well maintained environment. Cultivate resident satisfaction. Protect the investment of the apartment property owner. Plumbing, HVAC, painting, and basic electric work knowledge and experience. Some flooring experience preferred. This is a temp to hire, long-term opportunity.
