Owner Relations Representative

Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $20/hr

Oil and Gas company in Downtown Fort Worth looking to add an Owners Relations Representative to their team!

 

Owner Relations is the first line of communication to interest owners and creates the first impression. This position will interact with various internal departments to research and resolve complex ownership issues regarding mineral and royalty interest.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $22-$25/hr

 

 

Job Duties:

· Receive all telephone calls and email communication from lessors, working interest owners, and royalty owners concerning questions and addressing issues

· Responsible for ensuring all owners inquiries are resolved in a timely manner

· Direct communication with Division Order Analysts, Land, Lease Analysts, Revenue Accountants or Field Reps, as needed

· Logs all owners’ inquiries in database and escalates issues when needed

· Review probates, deeds and assignments to answer owner inquiries and advise of required or missing documentation for ownership transfers

· Processes all address changes that are submitted to Owner Relations

· Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with internal departments

· Handles various projects, researches and provides assistance to team leaders or managers as requested

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or accounting role
• High school diploma or GED
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Oil and gas knowledge/experience preferred
