Retail Customer Service Representative

Express Employment is working with a local company seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Customer Service Representative to assist customers with durable and home medical equipment. This position will help customers select appropriate products, answer questions, process orders, and provide excellent service in a retail healthcare environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with medical equipment and product needs
• Provide knowledgeable, compassionate customer service
• Process sales, orders, payments, and related documentation
• Work with insurance information and coverage requirements as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and product information

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience with medical devices/DME/HME preferred
• Experience working with health insurance and insurance verification preferred
• Professional, patient, and comfortable assisting customers with healthcare-related needs

Schedule:

• Day shift, 8a - 4p
• Approx. 25-30 hours per week
