OVERVIEW

 

Demo Construction is looking for dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our construction team. This position involves assisting with general construction and demolition work, keeping job sites clean and organized, and supporting experienced crew members with daily tasks.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with demolition and general construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain safe, organized job sites.
• Remove debris and dispose of materials properly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior construction experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Construction or demolition experience is a plus.
