This is a critical leadership position for someone who can confidently make decisions, hold employees accountable, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and ensure crews and resources are positioned for success every day. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can earn respect through consistency, decisiveness, and accountability while maintaining a professional working relationship with team members.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to be available outside normal business hours when operational needs arise.
Schedule & Seasonal Expectations
This position offers flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to supporting operations.
During the landscaping season, crews commonly operate starting 7am, and shifts can vary from 8 to 10-12hrs depending on needs. While the Operations Manager is not expected to work all of those hours, they are expected to ensure crews are prepared for the following day and remain available to support team members and address operational issues as needed.
During the winter season, participation in snow removal operations requires on-call availability to support scheduling, dispatching, and emergency response efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping a team perform at its highest level.
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience, plus company vehicle and phone benefit.
