Recruitment & Business Development Coordinator (Entry Level)

As a Recruitment & Business Development Coordinator, you'll use social media, networking, and direct outreach to connect with candidates, build talent pipelines, and generate new business opportunities. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll help match great people with great opportunities while contributing to business growth.

 

No recruitment experience? No problem. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we provide the training and support needed to succeed. If you're outgoing, motivated, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

 

What We Offer

  • 00/hr. to start (plus monetary incentives and development programs to earn more)
  • Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • This is an entry level role that will provide growth and development opportunities

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and connect with potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other networking tools
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Conduct outreach and introductory conversations with prospective candidates
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build relationships with potential clients and learn about their hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and business development activities
  • Support recruitment and sales initiatives to help grow the business
  • Meet activity and outreach goals in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
  • Stay current on industry trends, hiring markets, and talent availability
  • Deliver a professional and positive experience to candidates and prospective clients
  • Attend site meetings to on board new clients
  • Other duties required by management

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or a people-focused environment is considered a strong asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with new people and initiating conversations
  • A professional, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using social media, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
